cul·pa·ble

/ˈkəlpəb(ə)l/

adjective

deserving blame.

A new investigative true crime podcast from Black Mountain Media and Tenderfoot TV, Culpable explores unsettled cases where those deserving of blame have somehow eluded justice.

On February 26, 2014, Christian Andreacchio was found dead in the upstairs bathroom of his apartment from a single gunshot wound to the head. After a mere 45-minute investigation, local police ruled his death a suicide, despite substantial evidence that points to Christian’s death not only being a homicide, but premeditated murder. Host Dennis Cooper investigates and shares a compelling story about this suspicious death, the questions surrounding it, and a grieving family’s ongoing fight for justice.

From the creators of Up and Vanished and To Live and Die in LA, this is Culpable.

Remembering Christian

Christian Andreacchio was a loving son, brother and friend. According to those that knew him best, he was the life of the party who never met a stranger. He was also ambitious with a bright future ahead of him. At only 21-years-old, he was on his way to becoming the youngest boat captain that Mississippi had ever seen. Since his death, Christian’s mother Rae has kept his memory alive through a celebration of his life, Wishing Night, held each year on Christian’s birthday. It’s a time where friends and family gather to share stories, cry, laugh, and most importantly, never forget. After more than 4 years, not only will Rae and the Andreacchio family never forget, but they will never stop their pursuit of justice in Christian’s case. His story will be told, and he will always be remembered.
